I’m not sure if this has been shared before, but a seemingly worth while check for your media systems. As phones change frequently, always a good idea to have the latest BMW software for your car. I update mine a year or so ago, seems they have stopped providing updates for the E9x series as mine is still the most recent software. https://www.bmw.com/en/footer/software-updates.html Put your VIN in and it will tell you the latest version.
