Sad times but also a sign of the times losing the I6 from the smallest car in the range.

The reason to own a small fast Bimmer is diminishing

 

On the contrary. Buy one now before they all get snapped up!

This will make the 6 cylinder M140i very desirable and help reduce the depreciation.

 

I should have put new in my original post - agree get one now before they all go.

I think I would have to have the dampers changed at Birds though for UK roads and possibly fit an LSD.

Facelift M135i's (2015 onwards) with circa 20k miles are now starting at around £16500 - that's great value performance motoring!

 

Never going to buy new, but a 1er coupe with the big straight-6 and manual 'box would be my choice of the model line.

Happy with the e60 though.........

 

some very nice year old low miles examples around for about 22k so a lot of car for not mega money
