It was originally £606 plus MOT, then the additional AC service and washer fluid, came to £775 all in

Berry's Heathrow is my closest dealer, but having experienced their poor customer service, i switched to Maidenhead. They still like to pull my pants down whenever possible, but at least they smile during the deed!

Maybe we should all stop looking after our cars, and present them for the vehicle check service with low tyre pressures, low fluids, empty screen wash bottles etc etc and make the dealers actually do something for the money.

Or if a car is presented by the owner new tyres, fluid levels all ok, screen wash full etc etc then the dealers should refund part of the cost ?.

Its actually lighter than the photo suggests. A bit like the flat grey that Audi use.

Berry Heathrow have quite a poor reputation, seems that it's still justified.

yes, but even BMW UK customer services have not called me back. Same with Park Lane BMW, no call back earlier this month, seems to be a common thing.

I wonder how long they can keep this up before customers go to Merc and Audi?

Hi, just saw this and wanted to contribute, when to view a car here, that was described as immaculate. Got there and had scratches on body work, tailgate that didn't open, rear bumper damage with one of the lights hanging out.

Was told that if i wanted to put a deposit down on the car these things would be sorted. I walked and now avoid any cars from this group.

I don't have extended warranty nor do I use any dealer. I have a trusted specialist which I know looks after my car and is honest about what is needed, The only recent time I had issues was with the recent recall and had to go through a dealer, and lo and behold had a disappointing experience.
