Very scenic. I did wonder how much snow you've had north of the border - it's been quite chilly the last couple of nights.

Far better having snow, than the deluge of rainfall that many have experienced in places like Derbyshire, Yorkshire etc. over the last few days.

Not guilty, Bob. We tend to be blind to what's on our doorstep.

Been very chilly these last few days with snow on the tops - I've been away visiting my Brother in Edinburgh but it's good to be back home.

3C Here tonight , been below zero a few times as well, but no snow thankfully . As Slim says , we tend to take what s around us for granted so rarely rarely notice .

Same over here, mountains are snow capped and haven't even taken any pictures this year. Was looking really good yesterday morning, with the sun shining into them at sunrise.

Was up at my son's home a few days ago. He has a fantastic view from their lounge, looking down the glen and into the mountains. The autumn colours (trees, sky and landscape) fantastic. Mountains snow capped, little clouds looking like cotton wool around some of them, very moody, a real feast for the eyes and good for the soul.

Definitely have to stop and take it in, not take it for granted. Sometimes hard to do, as we just go about out daily lives.

    Peter
