E91 325i Hi Adie Thanks for the prompt reply. I was going to use the hair dryer to soften up the pipe but the problem is that the pipe tgoes on to a right angle fitting which then goes into a cylindrical connector pushed on to the RA fitting and the nozzle unit. You can rotate the nozzle in the fitting but it appears to have a lock in it similar to some of those electrical connectors that often take ages to figure out. The nozzle is very delicate and is bound to snap if you apply any force and at £42 each you got to be careful. Just wondering if any one has seen this before. Can't get a pic of it yet as car is a friends who is away at the mo and not back for a week.
