    Place hold
    I know, I know...
However I wanted a change from the normal and straight forward choice
So I’m left waiting for this lump, which was driven by mistake with the full appreciation of “it ain’t no Porsche”
However it’s new and awaiting registration

It doesn't look too bad for an SUV. Better styling than an X5. :whistling:

No need to apologise, Enjoy it and keep us updated !

    Kindest Regards
    Carl.

ps I can vouch for the DSC on those. Was unfortunate enough to be driven on a track by an engineer whose ambition far exceeded her talent.
Left the tarmac at some speed and the car saved our bacon. The driver played no part in our salvation.:yikes:

Seems a number of long standing BMW fans/owners are moving to rivals, bit of a trend developing here !

    After playing with

    E & C Coupe, x3, X4 drooling over a S Coupe, a CLS Estate, which I’m absolutely gutted I missed out on!
Several Other Marques & test driving the Glc by Mistake (so to speak)
I had a long hard look at the practicality of relatively young family & timeline to the big 50 and catching the Porker dream.

    I’ve went for the
GLC 250 (2.0l Petrol) Amg Line, Premium
    Diamond White Premium Metallic
20" AMG multi spoke alloy wheels in titanium grey
Stainless steel running boards with rubber studs
    Surround camera system

Very nice. I quite fancied one, but my other half said it's way too big. It's unfortunate how each revision gains a few inches all round. I pointed out an early example, and she said, yes that would have been fine.

My OH said exactly the same, so we looked at the GLA but she didn't like that. X3 too big and Q5 also too big. A3 Sportback I then suggested, but she doesn't like the estate car look :banghead:

So I'm getting a clarity on what she doesn't like but nothing on what she does like!!

The usual then? Mine is exactly the same. It’s like buying shoes, look at hundreds and still can’t make a decision

All new models are bigger and wider, but the roads and parking spaces remain the same size.

Nice looking car! Starting to think about changing brands now too. EGR recall has left me very disappointed especially the poor service I have had since (inconvenience, multiple rental and courtesy cars, time off work, etc). I do wonder though if other brands are any better. Pity, I have had 5 BMWs and one Mini in a row, could be my last too. Just not sure now what allegiance to a premium brand (BMW) gets me any more.

Lots feel the same, i fear nothing. Its all about how much can they get from you, they not bothered if you go elsewhere as they have plenty of people buying there cars so they not bothered about customer satisfaction or taking into account how long you been a customer.
