Phone up again and ask for the email address for the Service Manager. List the dates and times you've called (it's all in the post here) and make it very clear that you expect a call back from him personally, with a clear update as to what's occurring before the end of business today. Sadly other marques seem to have worse service apart from one or 2. Grinds my gears. It doesn't take much to be courteous to people and we should expect more.
