Hi - all four electric windows in my 218d recently lowered themselves by about 3-5 inches while the car was inactive and locked outside my house. It was drawn to my attention by a passing dog walker waving at me through my living room window. It’s an 18 plate. Are there any known issues around faulty electrics in the model? TIA

This is almost always caused by accidentally triggering the key when it is in your pocket or a bag

As @markyboyt said, its easily done by triggering the key accidentally. I did it twice by sitting down and something in my pocket pressing the unlock button. I soon got into the habit of walking into the house with keys in hand and putting them away rather than keep them in my pocket.
Not sure but you might be able to code this feature out with carly or bimmmercode etc
