Your current lamps could be poor because they are old; xenons deteriorate over time.

Osram and Philips are both top makes, just beware there are lots of fakes about, so only buy from a reputable source. If I purchased from Amazon, it would have to be sold by Amazon, and I wouldn't buy from such an item from ebay. Just my 2p worth.

    From the Philips web site:
"When purchasing a Philips Xenon Standard replacement bulb, make sure there is a Philips Certificate of Authenticity (COA) on the box. You can verify the authenticity of the product by scanning the QR code or going to a website."

Worth bearing in mind in general the higher the light output the shorter the life. You take your pick...

Yep totally aware of the fakes so won't be buying from anywhere but powerbulbs.com, can't believe that they are so naff compared to others! I hope the led headlight tech is better? Although Merc DS2 bulbs have been great since day 1 as I had them on my E63 and various A class's within the family, nice bright light

    Cheers
