From what i recall, you have to wait till it has expired to then re-subscribe but in case its change, @The CO would be able to advise Kev
@Madmoggy You have to wait until your current subscription expires, it's a bit of a pain but the software isn't that sophisticated. Sorry!
@The CO My subs are due on 23rd. I received an email but the link is broken, and dont get an option to renew going through my account ! Yorkshireman and I cant give money away
From memory I had to wait until my membership expired before I could renew. click your user name at the top of this page and go to account upgrades, but only after 23rd for you.
I thought that might be the case.... I'm not sure my wallet is tprogrammed to open more than once a month (there must be a way to override it to as the wife knows how to)
Yep, sorry about that. the reminder feature is actually an add on and not part of the original software so it doesn't work as well as it should. I've disabled it now as it causes more problems than it solves, if it linked to a continual payment thing then I'd keep it but I just can't seem to make it work the way it should.
