    Hi All,

This is £57 for 20 litres on Amazon. It's ACEA C3 BMW long life 04 5w-30 (and vw 507 spec for my golf).

Anyone used it? It is very cheap, I thought it might be OK if I'm doing oil changes every 10k.

I have used the Mannol Energy Premium in the golf before and that seemed fine.

I have never used that oil but have been using Mannol in a number of vehicles for a number of years and have had no issues - their oils seem really good value.

I use this currently on my wifes Golf GTI, and have used it in a few other cars and it works just fine. I change it every 7000 miles.

I am sure that would be fine, but as the oil is relatively inexpensive when bought in bulk I don't see the need to push it too far. Our previous Alfa Giulietta (diesel) was run on the slightly cheaper Energy Premium (7908 ) for a few years at 8000 mile/12 month intervals with no issues, but that didn't have a timing chain to wear out.

I run my M140i on Fuchs Titan GT1 pro C3 which is more expensve but I wouldn't hesitate to use the Mannol 7715 in it.
